MASTER PROGRAM

The Academic Counsil of KBSU validated master program “Sociology of Conflict” June 3, 2013. The program resulted from cooperation between Berlin Free University and Kabardino-Balkarian State University and became a new milestone in synthesizing science, practice, and education, and disseminating this idea in other regions by means of North Caucasian Higher School of Conflict Studies.

The master program has been compiled on the basis of methodological guidelines implemented by the school members in the earlier research projects. This was, inter alia, social conflict-related modular analysis which had been introduced in the first collaborative training manual “Conflicts and Development: an Introduction to Methodology and Research Methods”, issued in Nalchik in 2013 (see Publications).
